As one who is asking to be your next representative in the assembly, I feel it is important that I make a comment regarding the recent decision by Israel and the United States to take military action against the terrorist regime of Iran.

The gravity of such a decision is beyond anything I have ever known myself. Honestly, I can’t imagine the weight of such a decision. I hope and pray that God’s guidance, wisdom and protection remain with all those involved.

This includes individuals of the 119th district protecting our country, those who support peace initiatives worldwide, political leaders, the courageous and capable men and women of the military, and the innocent who will get caught up in this conflict.

I support decisive military actions when it means rooting out evil and ultimately saving lives. It is my hope that the devastating forces of military action produce a positive outcome, not only for the Iranian people, but for the safety and future of the world.

We Americans know the blessings of democracy. Let’s pray that soon the people of Iran will know this also and be able take back their government and live in peace for a long time to come. May God Bless!
