Proposed Anti-Gun Legislation

New York State Democrats continue down the path of encroaching on our Second Amendment rights. Proposed legislation imposes additional layers of restrictions on lawful gun ownership. These are a few of the bills making their way through the Assembly and into the Senate. If passed, they will go to the Governor’s desk to be signed into law.

I am a Second Amendment advocate, and once elected as your Assemblyman, I will work hard to safeguard your constitutional right to gun ownership.
